You want to follow a healthy diet. How does your daily diet look like?

Answer:
Your daily diet (=the average of all meals/products that you eat on a daily basis) should contain a maximum of 35 En% fat, a maximum of 10 En% saturated fat, a maximum of 0.3 gram of salt per 100 kcal and at least 1.3 grams of fiber per 100 kcal. The Excel sheet below provides an example of a healthy diet. You can see this example by selecting "YES" in the "Eaten" column (the 9the column).
