Step 1:
Enter the nutritional values ​​PER 100 GRAM or PER 100 ML and the EATEN PORTION of the 4 products one by one into the app under the tab New Product.
After entering all values, the 7-points nutritional profile of the product will be calculated and the product will be automatically saved under the tab My Products.
The tab My Product tab can only visible after free login.

Step 2: 
After entering the nutritional values ​​PER 100 GRAM or PER 100 ML and the EATEN PORTION, go to the tab My products.
Select the just entered 4 products and click on Calculate 7-point profile for one or more products.
The 7-points nutritional profile of my lunch will be automatically calculated and shows directly how healthy or unhealthy my lunch is.
The 7-point nutritional profile of my lunch will be automatically saved by DATE under the tab My advice.
Click on Edit to give the 7-points nutritional profile of my lunch a name. For example: my lunch, Saturday, 26-01-2025, week 4.
